• Your account is subject to approval by network administrators

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must not share your account access with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account

4.1 Permitted Use

ProNetworker may be used for:

• Professional networking and business development
• Scheduling one-to-one meetings with network members
• Discovering members when traveling
• Sharing professional information and contact details

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Scrape, copy, or download member data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Circumvent security features or access restrictions
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Engage in commercial solicitation beyond legitimate networking
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (profile information, photos, videos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform.

5.2 Content Standards

All content must be:

• Professional and business-appropriate
• Accurate and not misleading
• Free from offensive, discriminatory, or harmful material
• Compliant with copyright and intellectual property laws

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

ProNetworker's platform, including its design, features, branding, and code, is owned by DigitalCampfire Ventures LLP and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.

6.1 Enhancements

• Core networking features are free forever
• Premium enhancements are available for purchase
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with advance notice

6.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically

6.3 Refunds and Cancellations

9.1 By You

You may close your account at any time through your Settings page. Closing your account cancels any active subscriptions but does not entitle you to refunds for unused periods.

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or applicable laws
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activities
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We discontinue the service (with advance notice)

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediately. Your profile and data may be deleted, though we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

10.1 Service "As Is"

ProNetworker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. Use at your own risk.

10.2 User Interactions

We are not responsible for interactions between members, including meetings, business dealings, or disputes. Members are solely responsible for their conduct and decisions.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalCampfire Ventures LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ProNetworker. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
