Important Notice
All purchases of premium enhancements and subscriptions on ProNetworker are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including but not limited to:
- Premium Highlight enhancement
- Video Profile enhancement
- Pro Pack subscription
- Ad Placement services
- Any other premium features or enhancements
1. Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Our no-refund policy is in place because:
- Digital Services: Premium enhancements are digital services that are delivered and activated immediately upon purchase.
- Annual Subscriptions: Premium enhancements like Premium Highlight are billed annually additions to your profile that cannot be "returned."
- Trial Period: We provide a free tier with all core networking features so you can thoroughly evaluate the platform before purchasing enhancements.
- Clear Pricing: All features, benefits, and pricing are clearly displayed before purchase, allowing you to make an informed decision.
2. Before You Purchase
We strongly encourage you to:
- Use the free tier to fully explore ProNetworker's core features
- Review the detailed feature descriptions and benefit previews on the enhancements page
- Click the information (i) icons to see visual previews of enhancements
- Understand the pricing structure and renewal terms
- Contact us if you have any questions before purchasing

Premium Highlight (₹299/year)
- Profile enhancement
- Adds a golden star emoji to your map pin
- Activated immediately upon purchase
- Non-refundable and non-transferable
Video Profile (₹499/year)
- Annual enhancement with auto-renewal
- Upload a 30-second video introduction
- Valid for 365 days from purchase
- Can be cancelled to prevent future renewals (no refund for current period)
Pro Pack (₹1,499/year)
- Annual subscription with auto-renewal
- Includes Premium Highlight, Video Profile, Verified Badge, and Priority Ranking
- Valid for 365 days from purchase
- Can be cancelled to prevent future renewals (no refund for current period)
Ad Placement (₹2,999/3 months)
- 3-month advertising campaign
- Rotating banner ad across the platform
- Service begins immediately upon purchase and approval
- Non-refundable once campaign starts
4. Subscription Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel recurring subscriptions to prevent future charges:
How to Cancel:
- Log in to your ProNetworker account
- Navigate to Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription" for the subscription you wish to cancel
- Confirm cancellation
Important Notes:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You will retain access to features until the current period expires
- No refund is provided for the remaining days of the current period
- You can resubscribe at any time
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In very rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, such as:
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate charges
- Unauthorized purchases (subject to verification)
- Platform failure preventing access to purchased features
Even in these cases, refunds are entirely at our discretion and are not guaranteed. To request review of an exceptional circumstance, contact us immediately with full details.
6. Payment Issues
6.1 Failed Payments
If a payment fails but your bank account is debited, the amount should be automatically reversed by your bank within 5-7 business days. If this doesn't happen, contact your bank first, then contact us if the issue persists.
6.2 Duplicate Charges
If you are accidentally charged multiple times for the same purchase, contact us immediately at [email protected] with proof of duplicate charges. We will investigate and reverse duplicate charges if verified.
7. Technical Issues and Support
If you experience technical issues with purchased features:
- Contact our support team immediately
- We will work to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible
- Technical issues do not entitle you to refunds, but we will fix the problem
- If features are unavailable for extended periods, we may extend your subscription
8. Consumer Rights (India)
Under Indian consumer protection laws, consumers have certain rights. However, for digital services and content that is delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal typically does not apply. By clicking "Purchase" or "Subscribe," you acknowledge that:
- You are purchasing a digital service/enhancement
- The service will be delivered immediately
- You waive any right of withdrawal for immediate digital delivery
- You have reviewed all product information before purchase

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be notified through the platform. Your continued use of ProNetworker after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
